Express Yourself Social Café is a free project for and by people with learning disabilities.

We meet up every Tuesday, build new friendships and do exciting arts activities and workshops. Members come up with the ideas and decide on what we want to do. We meet at the Black Box, but we like to go on trips to other places too.

We take part in a full range of creative arts activities, including music and socially engaged projects. We also like to connect with other groups and organisations to share what we do with as many people as we can. 

The Express Yourself Social Cafe is held every Tuesday from 2-4 pm at the Black Box, 18 - 22 Hill Street, Belfast BT1 2LA.
