Tesco Stronger Starts funds thousands of local community projects across the UK. Priority is given to projects that provide food and support to young people, but groups can apply with a range of different projects which boost young people's mental and physical wellbeing. 

The scheme is administered by community charity Groundwork across the UK, in partnership with greenspace scotland to support projects in Scotland. Groups can apply for grants of up to £1,500, and applications are welcomed from youth groups, voluntary organisations, sports clubs, and more. 

Applications in Scotland are particularly sought from groups in small towns and villages, and groups can reach out for support to apply from greenspace scotland's team of Community Enablers.
