Devizes Outdoor Celebratory Arts is a charity with a friendly and dedicated army of festival makers, who get involved in all sorts of creative activity to make Devizes in Wiltshire a better place to live and visit.

No two events are the same, we've knitted thousands of poppies, made big animated lanterns, created a mini cathedral out of willow, created installations out of origami birds, and much more.

We get together at various times depending on when events are happening.
